**Ingredients- 14 to 16 — Alu Vadi Paan ( leaves) 300 grams — Besan flour 1 tbsp — Ginger & Green chilies paste 25 grams — tamarind pulp 50 grams — jaggery Mix both with 1 cup of water & make jaggery tamarind water 1 tsp — dhaniya jeera powder 1 tsp — red kashmiri chili powder 1/2 tsp — turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp — salt or as per your taste 1 tsp — garam masala powder ( optional) *Tip *- Always take thin & sharp knife to devein the leaves .
